Long story short this is a GREAT Insurance agency who will work hard for you to both find the best rates, but without sacrificing "quality" insurance. I have insured both my autos and home insurance via Maiella. One standout person there who I always deal with is a Rosemary. She has the most amazing communication, is honest... and if you have a problem she is beyond helpful in trying to fix any issue may have. Yeah there are still those big guys... you know the Gecko ppl etc... but sometimes Maiella and Rosemary can even do better than those guys on rates. I still like to support the little guy when possible... but you get HUGE/ small town friendly personalized service at Maiella... especially if you deal with Rosemary.
